Bernoulli's Law
Bernoulli's Law says that the faster a fluid flows over a surface, the less time it has to push on it and therefore, the lower the pressure on that surface. In my demonstration, I used a balloon and my breath. Holding the balloon over my head, and blowing on the side that facing behind me, I was able to create less pressure on that side and the balloon, therefore the balloon moved backwards (behind me).
